Reenacting the Ikedaya Incident + Shinsengumi Recruit
Okay, first attempt at some Hakuouki plotting. The only thing that I can think of is an alternate rendering of the famous Ikedaya Incident.
WIKI: Ikedaya Incident
Basically, Anti-shogun forces that support sonnō jōi (against foreign influence, love Emperor) get raided by the Shinsengumi at the inn, cut up and hurt (some killed), then arrested. In Hakuouki, this is where Heisuke and Souji fight the demons Kyuujyu Amagiri Kyujyu and Kazama Chikage, but mostly the event ends up the same. Souji apparently started getting sick at the incident.
Sooo, any ideas to share?
