Super Proxy wars: The battle for rome
So it is likely that Garviel will continue to disagree with Lucius, so the rebellion will continue and rome will likely go into a full fledged civil war as yuna throws his weight behind Modestus.
Lucius is also trying to get mercenaries on his side. Are the other nations going to take part in this proxy war?
This plot will probably require mod help as we'll be deciding the fate of a country through various battles with multiple forces, particularly if other countries like say, Amestris and Zeon start throwing men, material and money into the mix.
