Public Info, Secret Info, Titles
I thought as a good way to get some information out that I'd make a general post so players can list brief blurbs for characters, so that it's all in one neat place to reference.
Public Info: Brief Blurb of what any man on the street would know about your character
Snoopers Info: Basically what a bit of digging (like say just being Batman or an Intelligence Operative) would learn.
Title: The character's Title, Derisive Nicknames and such.
What must not be known: The very secret info that should not be made away unless the character tells others or plot happens. Also list which characters that should know this.

Snoopers Info: His name only appears eight years ago, he rose up to his position unusually fast for his obscurity. Eleuseus is also deadly with a dance-like marital art.
Title: The Black Hound, detractors call him Nero's Dog
What must not be known: Eleuseus is actually an orphan and street performer pulling a a Marquis de Carabas on the Senate, only Nero knows this.
no subject
Snoopers Info: Nijuu Mensou was once a scientist for Amestris's military. Chizuko knows the locations of the magical WMDs and formulas he developed.
Title: The Daughter Of Twenty Faces
What must not be known: She was never Twenty Faces' victim but rather his adopted daughter and heir. Her seemingly doting aunt is trying to kill her to gain control of the family fortune.
no subject
Snoopers Info: Has been spotted in various places, throughout many years, looking.. exactly the same as he does today. Rumored and witnessed to have power beyond what a normal human should have. ..There are, ahem, unsavory rumors starting to mill around about him and Ky Kiske's.. "relationship"...
...unintentionally started by him IT WAS A JOOOOKETitle: The Immoral Flame, Flame of Corruption
What must not be known: Sol is a Corrupted who has been magically fused with the power of a salamander. Formerly, he was Frederick- a renowned scientist of magic almost 2 centuries ago. His goal is to find That Man responsible for turning him and take his revenge while destroying as many corrupted as possible. No one should know this yet, but I'm still trying to figure out who That Man will be, soooo yeah.

Snoopers Info: The ditz act is a front to misled others into underestimating him and Sawa. Waka clearly has the gift of prophecy, though like all prophets, his message requires interpretation before it can be used. It's likely he's far older then he looks.
Title: The Tao Master of Prophecy, or Half-baked Prophet to those who do not appreciate pearls of wisdom. He's known to declare himself God's Gift to Mankind.
What must not be known: He is from the Moon and is an Emissary to the Goddess Amaterasu - he is exactly 480 years old. Waka serves as the spymaster of Sawa, and was once a retainer to Empress Himiko 200 years ago.
no subject
Snoopers Info: Jin was involved in an arson incident involving a church approximately fifteen years ago. He, along with his older brother and younger sister, were orphans living there.
Title: Hero of Ikaruga (Jin hates the nickname)
What must not be known: Ragna is Jin's older brother. The only characters that would know this, assuming we get them again, are Ragna himself and Hazama.
no subject
Snoopers Info: Madam Christmas, the owner of a bar in Central, is Roy's aunt. The man who taught him flame alchemy was Berthold Hawkeye.
Title: Flame Alchemist, Hero of Ishval
What must not be known: Roy is Caster's Master, and Cornelia is a decoy. The only ones who know this now are Caster and Cornelia, and other participants in the Holy Grail War should eventually find out.
no subject
Snooper Info: Spent two decades under assumed names as a soldier of fortune, fighting for Zeon in their invasion of the continent and then against the occupation after they lost. Killed two of the family that took over Zeon from his father (despite nominally working for them), including an old friend of his. Killed a lot more loyalists to that family before saying screw it and going to the Emperor to get his father's throne back.
Title: The Red Comet. And a bunch of pseudonyms he's used over the years - in fact, his real name is actually Casval Rem Deikun.
What must not be known: Char plans to use the chaos of this upcoming war to unleash the Rift on continental Dagaria to wipe out the corrupt monarchical civilization that produces oppression and spite.
no subject
Snoopers Info: Athrun was the commanding officer of Zeon's forces in the recent Lerrian dispute. He also extracted Euphemia from Amestris during the Rift uprising. Char has also entrusted him with the Aegis Suit, which mitigates physical damage and allows Athrun to use beam sabers. However, it appears to reduce his endurance.
Title: Red Knight
What must not be known: How the Aegis Suit works. Only Char has this information.
no subject
Snoopers Info: Spent a long time in a church hospital being treated for stab wounds and memory loss. Before that, attended the elite and now mysteriously disappeared Ohtori Academy, off the coast of Suo-Oshima. Those who have a sense for such things can tell immediately that she's fae-touched.
Title: The White Rose Duelist
What must not be known: Was created by an exiled Fae-creature as an artificial hero in a bid to regain his power, which had been sealed away. Has no idea how much of her past is real and how much was his creation.
no subject
Snoopers Info: He and his wife have an open relationship. Privately considering a career as a senator.
Title: The Genius Of The Bathhs
What must not be known: Many of his ideas derive from his semi-regular slips through time into the future.
no subject
Snoopers Info: Actually a powerful magic-using knight who's representing Hayate Yagami in some kind of clandestine battle royale. Further research can indicate the nature of the Holy Grail as "an artifact that grants a miracle" or even Archer's real name and original life as a Knight in the Belkan Empire over a thousand years ago.
Title: Just Archer. If someone figures out her legend, she's the Sword Knight of the Wolkenritter or the Blazing General.
What must not be known: The true nature of the Holy Grail - corrupted and incapable of "miracles" that aren't destruction. People can find out she never was "alive", but always a construct similar to a Heroic Spirit, but only through plot.
no subject
Snoopers Info: She has vast magical potential, and just needs to develop it (note to villains - she hasn't got a whole lot of willpower either). She also likes to make "health drinks" that are definitely not healing potions with tastes so vile they knock people unconscious.
Title: None. She's not cool enough.
What must not be known: She's a nobody who I haven't totally figured out a plot for, so nothing.
no subject
Snoopers Info: Recently entered a relationship with a certain viscount! Did not actually become the Roman leader of her own free will originally; her mother Aggrippina seduced Emperor Claudius, and when Nero was seventeen, killed said emperor to secure Nero's position. Aggrippina constantly uses her position as the Empress's mother to pass many policies in her own self-interest.
Title: The Rose Empress
What must not be known: She is Berserker's Master. Nero is also completely aware of her mother's manipulation; Aggrippina poisons her on a constant basis (with a poison only she knows the antidote to) to make sure she doesn't retaliate.
no subject
Snoopers Info: You've been getting trolled by the Queen of the Netherworld. Theological research will tell you she's probably Izanami, the dead creator goddess cast into the Netherworld when she was horribly burned during childbirth.
Title: The Queen of the Netherworld, Izanami-no-Mikoto, the Reaper Queen, Lady of Fog...you can get creative, she's been around for a while.
What must not be known: Pretty much any of her actual intentions, or that she occasionally disguises herself as a mortal to come see what's going on in the realm of the living. Unless in the latter case you're one of her trusted minions/associates like Shiki Eiki.
no subject
Snoopers Info: Does not kill people. Has lots of expensive equipment, so he's either wealthy or supported by wealthy people.
Title: Batman. The Dark Knight. The Caped Crusader
What must not be known: Batman is Bruce Wayne.
no subject
Snoopers: When he dropped off the radar, it was because he actually left the empire. He is very private of his personal life, spending most of his time at home in his mansion on the outskirts of the imperial city
Title: Dagaria's most eligible Bachelor
What must not be known: Bruce Wayne is Batman.
no subject
Snoopers Info: He's often away from the royal castle, getting involved with construction and mercantile interests of the Nameless States to allow for the states to not have to rely on the other kingdoms so much. Thomas also has a strange mark on his hand - an old rune symbolizing Wind.
Title: Regent, Tenkai Star, Derisive: Thomas the Unready, the Foolish Prince
What must not be known: Not much, Thomas is a fairly open person. What must not be know and what Thomas does not know is that Levin is his half-brother, this should be reveal via plot. The Queen has refused to be in the same room as her late husband's bastard child despite all attempts on Thomas' end to open up a possiblity at a friendly relationship.
no subject
Snoopers Info: Probably centuries old
Title: The Wizard Prince
What must not be known: Plotting to conquer Zeon, then the rest of the empire.
no subject
Snoopers Info: He doesn't keep it too well hidden, but he's also a mage. What's more difficult to notice for those who don't practice magic is his complete mastery over his elemental affinity, Wind Magic, to the extent that very few people in Dagaria are able to match his talents.
Title: None at the presence except, perhaps Spoony Bard or something else of the sort.
Sealed Info: Levin's talent stems from being the rightful heir to the throne of the Nameless States and the descendent of an ancient Crusader who was blessed by the gods such that his blood became holy. He is the half-brother of Thomas.
no subject
Snooper's Info: Everyone in the Black Rose is a necromancer. Everyone in the White Rose is a witch/warlock. Whoops. Heretics everywhere.
Title: The Black Rose of Branthese.
Sealed Info: Both houses are constructing weapons of mass destruction called Ankhs that are essentially magic nukes. Additionally, Roswell's true alignment is with the Queen of the Netherworld such that he takes orders from her above all other allegiances.
no subject
Snoopers Info: Ky is an orphan from an incident about 14 years ago when an army of riftspawn got far into Amestris and saw his parents slain by the rift. Rumors say that the Church Templar is getting frustrated with how Delacroix had been handling various incidents. He is also the current Mediator for the Grail War.
And thanks to Sol, there's other... rumors none that Ky knows of yet!
Title: Knight of Hope, Sacred Thunder, Derisive: Church lapdog, zealot, all other insults for church members.
What must not be known: during an incident when he was 16, he should have died but a mysterious figure stepped in and changed casualty to prevent him from dying. Ky has no memory of his.
no subject
Snoopers Info: He's been involved in some dirty politics in the past. A few years ago, he actually harassed one of his political rivals to the point where she committed suicide, and that's weighed heavily on him ever since. Because of his guilt, he's almost taken a back seat in his own kingdom. He's very close to the Yagami family (Light and Hayate), and he appears to have a mistress, Shiki. He's distantly related to the fairies/beastment on his mother's side (she was a fox spirit). He's not particularly religious, but he does sympathize with heretics.
Title: King of Sawa, The Fox of Sawa. Formerly, Regent Governor of Sawa.
What must not be known: He's a master in the Holy Grail War, and Shiki is his Servant. He has a fairly strong (but untrained) clairvoyant ability that manifests as precognition and remote viewing. (It's that the latter MUST NOT BE KNOWN, but outsiders to the Sawan court are unlikely to pick up on it because Mitsunari's prophetic ability is overshadowed by that of his advisor, Waka, who is more widely acknowledged as a fortune teller.)
no subject
Snoopers Info: While he doesn't exactly hide it, it's still somewhat unknown that he is an Alchemist himself, specializing in Liquid/gasses, particularly changing the pH balance of them. He also has a sickly younger sister. Georik also has no desire for the affections of women, preferring the company of men.
Title: Steadfast Doctor - once his alchemy is known: Caustic Alchemist.
What must not be known: Georik is the current vessel of Lucifer
no subject
Snoopers Info: Actually, Lucifer never made it to Hell, the Crystal King thought it was appropriate that since it was his jealousy and hatred of humanity that caused him to rebel that Lucifer should live an eon as a human, to understand what made them so special to him - and will decide once the eon ends whether to accept his fallen star back into the fold. Rumor say there is a way to tell which human contains the Angel's soul, but the method is lost to time if it ever existed at all.
Title: The Fallen Morning Star, Prince of Darkness, The Tempter.
What must not be known: Lucifer currently is in the body of Georik Zaberisk and had weaken the seal the Crystal King put on his memory so he can access his vast magical power.
no subject
Public Info: Cerberus is a huge armored man who appeared at the side of Nero Augustus Germanicus, and has been her loyal bodyguard ever since.
Snoopers Info: Cerberus is absurdly strong, even for a man of his size, and his armor and weapons are beyond what can be achieved by technology presently available. He also has recently petitioned for and received permission to create a corruption-fighting military organization known as the Crusade Company. He briefly went berserk during the assassination of the EMperor, and nearly killed a great deal of people before being talked down. His armor and gear match that of the Knights and Astartes of Ancient Belka, and his heraldry if researched suggests a member of the Luna Wolves Legion, under the long dead traitor general Horus Lupercal (This last bit would require EXTREMELY good historical knowledge since this is over 1,000 years ago)
Title: Berserker, The Blade of the Rose Empress, the New Moon
What must not be known: His actual name, Garviel Loken, is lost to time, and known only to a precious few. He is warrior in the Holy Grail war, and unlike most of the Servant is not a dead hero, but a man who made a conscious choice to be a counter guardian for the chance to fight to save as much of Humanity as he can from corruption, as penance for failing the Emperor of Belka.

Snoopers Info: (However this should be public info to anyone who would pay attention to this sort of stuff now and anyone in the Capital City and Dalaran.) Is the youngest son of Lord Monaghan a moderately respected noble from the Imperial Capital. Has an incredibly high aptitude for magic. Recently ran off and has a bounty on his head for being returned.
(this is not as readily available) His mother was a mistress with diluted fae blood, her current wear abouts are unknown, there is a rumor that Tyrnen may be trying to learn more about her and the Fae.
Title: None but it is not uncommon to call him a The Monaghan Child Prodigy.
What must not be known: He is in possession of a magic book known as the Book of Words, a very old and powerful spell book that holds just about every important spell from mages and sorcerers and wizards throughout time. Texts about the book are obscure and only those specifically interested in similar type items would have come across the stories. (Tyrnen does not know this information, but others are free to know it if they research in magic and magic items or are old enough to remember when it was a more common item. Currently it is more myth and has been mostly lost to time.)

Snoopers Info: She comes and goes mysteriously, there are records of her going back longer than she should have been alive for. She is known to pop up during events and lecture people and there are rumors about her being something frightening.
Title: Supreme Judge of the Afterlife, Supreme Judge of Hell, Judge of Paradise. (Common known title would be Judge of Paradise, however she freely uses all so investigators could get the others without much hardship.)
What must not be known: Honestly there's nothing that must not be known, she will freely speak about anything for the most part, but you have to ask so this would be harder to find out than just regular investigation. She is the judge of hell, she has been around longer than any record can say and she is the ultimate authority on right and wrong. She harks from the old religions and is not a god so much as something completely different. Older characters and characters that could potentially feel these sorts of things are free to figure these things out quickly. She's not hiding anything.
no subject
Snoopers Info: Seems to travel great distances much quicker than a normal person should. Careful observers will notice a tendency to stick to the edges of battle, and he rarely ever takes part in it himself. Seems to avoid perky/upbeat/positive individuals.
Title: The Mysterious Priest - he'll probably get labeled as a coward and the like the more he's active.
What must not be known: That he's actually a Rift creature. Currently only Caster knows this - Roy may learn it soon. Shiki Eiki knows that he at least isn't human. I don't mind people being suspicious about what Xellos actually is - he's got some obvious tics that put him as not being normal, but I'd generally like to be checked with prior to someone figuring him out.

Snoopers Info: Metalic Limbs? Oh. And Hatred of Milk.
Title: Fullmetal Alchemist
What must not be known: Probably about his reason for looking for powerful items i.e. Philosopher's Stone, and about trying to raise the dead.
