I'm not even sure how it came to this.

So I'm thinking of bringing Tohru Adachi from Persona 4 into Imperial Saga. Back in his game, he's a city officer demoted and transferred to a post out in a small, country town. Despite that, he's a pretty nice guy. He's someone who's always positive and looking out for trouble like a good officer would. Oh, and he likes cabbages. Yep.

I'm not too sure which kingdom he could fit into, but I'd like it if he was at least once in the Imperial Guard. Or maybe he's still in the Imperial Guard, but his tasks are limited to, oh... town patrol. Always town patrol. In other kingdoms far away from the Imperial City. Maybe Eblan in particular.

... That being said, Adachi here would be something of a channeler. His body is host to a gods or a god that gives him power and subtly affects his actions. Most of what he does is of his own will. He has a certain connection to the Netherworld that would definitely have him be a part of the faction... not that he or anybody else would know.

But let's just say that when time comes, the man will be prone to trouble. Trouble.

I'd definitely be up for plotting involving either of my characters with Adachi. I don't know how interested you'd be in sending him to Zeon, but that could be interesting. Euphemia is already snooping around to gather information on Char, and I don't doubt that Miyu would like another opportunity to have her investigate things -- I can bring it up to her when she gets back. Alternately, it could happen after the Euphinator incident if you want him somewhere else.

Zeon was on my mind too since most of its population is pretty impoverished. The kingdom has political strength, but that would definitely count as the "boonies" to Adachi. It fits pretty well and I'd definitely consider it just to parallel the game's story a little. Either way, hm...

How could Adachi fit into all this investigating?

He could pretend to be investigating it, too. If Athrun, Euphemia, or anyone else asks him for info, he could use it to toy with them -- give them false information or clues -- and occasionally throw in something true so they don't catch on.

Basically, discreetly trolling them.

Oh, hey, that sure is something I can do. Entertainment's a fair enough reason for doing things anyway to him. Yes, they can definitely count on good ol' Adachi to be a most helpful source of information about the inner workings of Zeon's municipality.
